Free Hearing Screenings with Beltone Hearing
Free Hearing Screenings with Beltone Hearing
Wednesday, October 28th
9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Dave Leitz from Beltone Hearing in St. Joseph will be at the senior center offering FREE hearing screenings. As we age, hearing loss often develops gradually, making it difficult to notice until it begins affecting everyday life. Having your hearing checked regularly is an important part of staying healthy and independent. Adults age 60 and older should consider having a baseline hearing evaluation and continue with regular hearing screenings every 1–3 years, or sooner if they notice:
- Frequently asking people to repeat themselves
- Turning the TV or radio volume up louder than others prefer
- Difficulty hearing in restaurants or group conversations
- Ringing or buzzing in the ears (tinnitus)
- Trouble hearing on the telephone
- Family members commenting that your hearing has changed
To schedule your free screening , please call the senior center at 468-3366, the appointments fill up quickly.
